Target group

The "Effective Official and Satisfied Citizen - Good Practices in a Modern EU State" is directed to a municipal-level government employees while maintaining the principle of equal opportunities for women and men. In the long term, a training package will be addressed to government employees, administration, commercial (industrial) establishments and administration services companies.

Anticipated project impact on the customers include the change in the way the people think about the role and responsibilities offices have with regards to citizens, a new look into the offices serving in terms of processes rather than job posts, or departments / sections as well as efficient implementation of activities in the areas of financial, organizational and human units of local government.  Trainees will get to know and will acquire skills to perform specialized tasks, deal with troubleshooting, process management, quality and product problems.
