REFA Wielkopolska Association

REFA Wielkopolska Association is the partner of REFA Bundesverband e.V. - globally acting and the largest German non-profit organization working in the field of production process management. Among training organizations on the Polish adult education market targeting work and organizational development, REFA Wielkopolska is the leader.

REFA's objective is to improve competitiveness, efficiency of production and service enterprises through their productivity increase and amelioration of working conditions for the people employed.  REFA's profile includes trainings and consulting for professionals and management, especially middle management in all areas of industrial production and services.  At present, REFA Wielkopolska educates 800 people annually with every person taking part in 85 hours of training on average. 

The annual value of REFA trainings in Poland amounts to over 7000 training hours or 70.000 man-hours. The Association signed the Charter of Good Practices worked out by the Polish Chamber of Training Companies
 

The TRANSFER Association

The TRANSFER Association was established in 1997 as a joint initiative of experts with experience in EU and bilateral assistance and cooperation programmes in the field of education and training. The Association has 23 full members and extensive links with all key national stakeholders in the area of education, training  and public administration via its members. The Association cooperates also with external experts in the field.

The main aim of the  Association is  stimulating and supporting activities focus on improving the quality, efficiency and attractiveness of continuing vocational education.

The Association initiates and supports research and exchange of experience on trends and developments in continuing education and training as well as joint training projects to promote cooperation between CVET institutions in various countries.

REFA Bundesverband e.V.

REFA aims at the improvement of competitiveness and efficiency in production, administration and services by increasing productivity and by improving the working conditions of the staff engaged in these sectors. REFA provides training, further education, consulting and coaching for small, medium and large organizations in all sectors of production, administration and the service industry.

As training provider REFA also develops training courses for all topics related to company performance and productivity improvement and provide on-the-job coaching to ensure the application of the seminar theory into practice.REFA looks back to 80 years of experience. With approximately 15.000 individual members and 1.500 corporate members REFA is amongst Europe's largest private institutions for further education in the field of work study and industrial organization.
 

Hellenic Regional Development Centre – HRDC

Hellenic Regional Development Centre - HRDC - a non-profit association, is located in Patras, in Greece and has a branch in Athens. HRDC is a national joint venture of regional development centres and it is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the co-operation between individuals, regional bodies, universities and enterprises in vocational training and education into the European environment, contributing to the regional development of Greek territories through technology transfer and innovation.

IPA

Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia was established in 2000 by Fraunhofer Geselschaft and the University of Žilina with the aim to secure a fast transfer and implementation of new solutions in the following areas: productivity, quality, flexibility, innovation and enterprise organisation. With the concrete projects in industrial companies helps to master practically the necessary methods and procedures in the following areas: Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, innovations, audits, ergonomics, information systems, teamwork, Kaizen, maintenance, TOC. Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia comes today to the top trainings and consultation companies in Slovakia, with broad experiences from the industrial enterprises in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Ukraine.
