Goals

The "Effective Official and Satisfied Citizen - Good Practices in a Modern EU State" plans to adapt and test a training package from work organization in administration.
Training package will be based on the experience of EU countries (Germany and Greece) and the general competence profiles for administrative workers developed in the project. Training will be conducted in Poland and Slovakia.
The final action shall be the certification of a prepared training package.
