About the project

The project involves the transfer of innovative solutions package in the field of work organization for administrative services.   The experience of HRDC from Greece, REFA Bundesverband e. V. from Germany and the TRANSFER Association from Poland, as well as the involvement of partners from the Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia and the REFA Wielkopolska in testing of the training package will help to create a univerrsal training program for administration workers in different countries.

Such a solution can be introduced thanks to similar standards of work organization in administration, as in manufacturing, where the same training materials and the same methodology allow employees coming from different industries and different countries to use the same professional language.

The project is co-financed by EU funds, as the transfer of innovation under the Leonardo da Vinci program and is implemented by the Polish, German, Slovak and Greek partners.
